Hi and thank you in advance for looking. If you're seeing this listing it means that the travel trailer is still for sale.

Unfortunately, we have not used it since purchasing May 7, 2022 and we determined that we don't really need it. We do not have to sell it, we simply want to.

What you are viewing is a 2011 Jayco Eagle Super Lite Travel Trailer which can sleep eight (8) to nine (9) people. There is much to list as far as amenities go:

The trailer measures 31' long, is 8' wide and 11' tall. It has a single slide-out, an 18' awning, queen-sized bed, a double bed with a bunk above it, a u-shaped dinette, sofa with a bed, kitchen with a microwave oven, gas grill cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, bathroom with shower, medicine cabinet and sink. There is an entertainment center with an RCA flat screen tv and Jensen AM/FM/CD Stereo. There are privacy sliders incorporated into the entertainment center which hinders any views or access to the master bedroom. The tv can actually rotate so it is watched from the queen bed in the master bedroom area.

There are storage bins below the queen bed, sofa and the double bed. Access to the storage below the double bed can also be had by a lockable door at the passenger side rear of the trailer. There is also a storage compartment at the front of the trailer and accessed by a door on both side of the trailer. The upholstered furniture shows no signs of stains, wear or tear.

When we bought this we opted to have Duratain coating applied, a $2,280.00 value (https://duratain.com/vc-2/). We also had new wheels and tires added and a new battery installed. At the time of the purchase, we also bought fresh water and black water lines, a 30 amp RV surge protector, 4 each of the 14" x 12" RV Stabilizing Jack Pads, a Fastway E2 Trunnion Hitch with built-in sway control and a 2-5/16" ball. All of the aforementioned accessories have not been used except for two of the stabilizing pads. There is also a small gas grill that can be used while at your campsite.

Dry Weight is 6,410 lbs., Payload Capacity 1,690 lbs., GVWR is 8,100 lbs., and Hitch Weight is 805 lbs.
The Total Fresh Water Tank Capacity is 76.0 gallons, Total Gray Water Tank Capacity is 32.5 gallons and the Total Black Water Tank Capacity is 32.5 gallons. There is a 6 gallon water heater and the furnace is 13,500 BTU's.

Trades will not be considered; however, reasonable offers will be. Please, no tire kickers. This is a 2011 which means that you may be able to find some blemishes. Nonetheless, this is in great condition and very much worth looking at so you can make an educated decision to determine if this will work for you or not.

I do know there are people who buy these just to rent them out to weekend warriors and vacationers. I just don't have the time or patience for that so please do not ask if I will rent it.
